Really Letting Go

The mind can bring you into some dark places.  Your imagination can run wild and take you to places you don’t want to go.  You can over think things, over analyze things and make yourself crazy.  You become so used to a certain mind set, feeling a certain way, you don’t know how to let go of it, but eventually , with practice, time, will and strength, you do and you become stronger, healthier and happier.  You push through, you do it, you become balanced and really let go.
