How I am Taking my Life Back…

It’s been over a year and though, as I always mention, I have slowly improve, I still feel like the same things are going on, this cycling and I am ready to move from this and take my life back.

Lyme Disease and anything that can affect your mind does it make it tough to motivate, focus and do the things you want to do to move forward. When you feel stuck in a fog most of the day, and you use your energy and clarity just to take care of yourself, eat, sleep, rest, take supplements, meditate, etc, it’s hard to take more energy to do other things, to come out of this fog and add to your routine.

A lot of people who have beat Lyme and other challenging illnesses, always say, one step at a time, don’t be hard on yourself, and don’t judge yourself, and I agree with all these things, but there is always a point where you need to take charge, especially for me, when you feel you are just playing out the motions each day, and though there is slow progress, it still feels very much that way, so this is where I take my life back and make a plan, a yearly plan.

Before I started this shift in my life, I was pretty regimented, each day was pretty planned out and sure there were many times I would deviate from my structure, my plan for the day, but I was able to think clearly and was high energy and had extreme focus, able to push through, take charge, and through this shift, most of the time, it’s been hard for me to think clearly, or have the energy to do all the things I would normally do, stick to a plan, etc, but structure and planning is important and most of all, it’s up to you, it’s up to me to take my life back and move forward, one step a time, not being hard on myself and pushing through.

It’s time to break the cycle and not just feel like I am playing out the motions of life, and waiting for something to break. It’s time to move forward, it’s time to take my life back.

So here is my plan:

It’s important to have a daily routine, and at the same time be regimented and disciplined, so I will start there, here is my daily routine:

Meditation twice a day – 10 to 15 minutes – once in the morning and once at night

– Included will be programs like Neurosculpting, Law of Attraction, MindValley Academy, things to retrain the brain patterns and create positive thinking and wellness.

A Detox bath at least every other day, if I have the energy everyday – Consisting of Hydrogen Peroxide, Baking Soda and Epsom Salt, make it as hot as can be comfortable.

Take Supplements, Breakfast, Juice Every Morning

– Juice – Kale/Greens, Cucumber Parsley, Cilantro, Garlic, Apple, Coconut oil
– The reason for this juice, as it’s a great detoxer in every way, killing parasites, Candida and eliminating toxins in your body.

Supplements –

Methyl B Complex, Vitamin C, CoQ10, Vitamin D, Fish Oil, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Liquid Calcium Magnesium, L Carnitine, Probiotics, NAC, Protein Powder, Milk Thistle

Adding – Meriva, Myco-Immune By Thorne

Limit Phone and Computer Time and Have Phone and Computer turned off, stopped using by Midnight.

Drinks lots of Water

Take A Walk Everyday

Do Yoga to start 2 times a week and eventually build up to 3 to 4 times a week.

Do 5 to 10 minutes of Breathwork at least every other day

Journal/Write out Emotional Work everyday

Listen to my body and Be Easy on Myself

Be Present and Aware in Everything I do

Eat Well – Lots of Organic Fruits and Vegetables, No Gluten, No Dairy, Very little/No Sugar, Limit Meat Consumption

5-10 minutes of something creative each day

Sleep at least 8 hours a night.

This will be my routine each day focusing on my balance and my well-being, as I grow stronger and clearer, my routine will evolve and more and more be in the flow.

As I am building my body stronger, it’s now important to continue to take care of my body, while killing the bacteria, parasites, viruses, toxins in my body and detoxing them.

Right now I am taking MMS, Samento and Banderol, Chlorella and Pinella as needed. It’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon and there many protocols I plan on doing, until I feel 100% all the time and then accordingly for maintenance.

My first one, which I will start tomorrow is this:

After I am going to start focusing on parasites and start gently with:

Mimosa Powder and Arteminisin, both are herbs that are powerful at killing parasites in the body and Bacteria in the body.

or/and try this protocol:

http://www.drclark.net/cleanses/beginners/herbal-parasite-cleanse/parasite-chart-for-adults

– Dr. Klinghardt has a very intense protocol that includes much more then Mimosa Powder and Arteminsin and it its recommended that you are on this protocol for a year, it is also said that almost everybody has parasites in them and it can take up to a year and half or more to get rid of all of them in your body.

Dr. Klinghardt also believes that most people with Lyme and other problems, have more of a parasite problem, instead of a Lyme problem.

To add to this I will be doing colonics, as I can afford them and start slowly doing enemas, of various kinds and will ease into this as well.

– There are various types of enemas that work, coffee enemas seem to be one of the best.

Once I start the parasite cleanse I will add Arginine and Ornithine, as they help in the detoxing process of parasites.

Continue to go to a Therapist and start EMDR – Therapy is I think important for anybody and everybody. It’s important to talk about your feelings and your thoughts to get deeper and to gain more clarity. EMDR helps with PTSD and anything traumatic that happens in people’s lives.

Continue to go to the Chiropractor.

Be Positive and Change My Story and Watch My words. This is tough to do, especially when you don’t think clearly so much or feel consumed in everything, but it’s very important, probably the most important thing in being able to fully heal. It’s important to have Faith.

Pray and Visualize strength, success and wellness.

Important to Sweat as much as possible to Detox.

NEXT STEPS AND THINGS TO ADD IN THE FUTURE:

Rife Machine

Infrared Sauna

Plan on Finding a Nutritionist/Dietician to work out a plan.

Lymphatic Drainage

Neuro BioFeedback

The above is the treatment plan I am going to go with. It’s important to kill the bacteria, viruses, parasites, etc in your body, as well as having great ways to detox.

If in the next month, by the beginning of March, I feel results are not continuing to improve I will be working on trying some of the following protocols:

DoTerra – Essential Oils

http://www.betterhealthguy.com/klinghardt-lyme-cocktail

http://lymediseaseresource.com/wordpress/happy-ending-for-years-of-suffering-with-chronic-lyme-disease-and-morgellons/ – Which includes Moringa Powder which has been shown to be very powerful against Lyme, etc.

A variation of this protocol – http://buhnerhealinglyme.com/symptoms/severe-derealization/

I am also going to get a second opinion from another Lyme Specialist.

If by May/June I don’t almost feel pretty much normal I am going to seriously look into going to the Sierra Integrative Medical Center – http://www.sierraintegrative.com

The Above is a plan/routine, but the most important thing is starting to build my life back again while continuing to do things for my health and wellness. When we go through traumas, it’s easy for us to get stuck in the traumas, the illnesses and let go of all our life. I think this is good at first, because you need to first totally let go, before you can move forward, but there comes a point where you need to start moving forward, and until you do, you will never move on.

It’s very easy for us to get consumed by our health and wellness, which is awesome and great but we also have to begin to try to slowly live our life, and I have learned that, that’s how we begin to really heal.

So my goals/plans for the year is the other part of how I am taking my life back:

Finish a feature length script within the year.

Start earning income and have it abundantly flow in.

Grow Health and Wellness Clientele

Slowly Expand my world.

Do a little bit more each day, without doing to much.

Do something Social at least one to two times a week – Eventually will add more.

I was talking to a friend yesterday who went through her own struggles in her life and it took her a couple years to build back to balance. She said, the hardest thing was were to begin as you move through everything, and get back to balance, and I think this is something that’s been so hard for me.

The biggest thing is, it’s important for me to start expanding my world, as I mentioned above, again, and be in the flow of life, connected, grounded and have my rhythm, whether it be doing things like buying socks, or getting a haircut, things that I never really cared about before. Not be consumed by what I am going through, which is not easy.

I think for so long this has been the case, I would be so lost in fear, or worried about my decisions, moving slow, not living life. Of course this is part of the shift and what I am going through. I look back on the last year and how much time I spent so worried, or so consumed, distracted, used to living in a small world.

So it’s time to get regimented, not lost in guilt, fear and my emotions and what I am shifting through.

It’s time to rebuild and get my life back.

To add to the above, I will not let others get to me, not let others bother me, set good boundaries, do what I want to do to take care of myself, bring in only positive people and positive experiences in my life that help my growth.

Even more importantly, not let others bother me, situations bother me, breathe through them, forgive others, express myself and emotions when needed, create positive communication and most of all not spend most of my day, consumed in what I am going through and talking about it. I am not saying it’s important me to chat and express myself, but when you spend hours during the day talking about what I am going through, you get lost in it and never leave.

Also be gentle on myself, take things slow and listen to my body, mind and soul.

As many people say, words are powerful, and you can change your story.

Next Blog Post will be about building the life I want to create and envision.
