My Protocol – Revamped

So I have been working on revamping my protocol and doing a lot of research, reading books, etc and here is what I have come up with:

PROTOCOL:

Take morning binders – if up and going back to bed at some point

Wake up and Meditate for 5 to 10 minutes

Take probiotics, BLT

Coconut Oil pull  -swish with Chlorella after to pull toxins out.

Eat Breakfast –

Eat Eggs with Breakfast, no sugar, turkey bacon, quinoa, lots of protein, switch it up sometimes with tempeh, on occasion.  Add fruit like berries, bananas, apples, mango, figs

Sometimes add Gluten Free Oatmeal.  Avocado, beans lentils, brown rice   –   ALWAYS ADD RAW GARLIC TO THE MEAL.   Also add Sauerkraut to all meals.  – Try to switch up Egg intake and meat intake

With Breakfast take –

High mineral Multivitamin – 2 – Vital Nutrients

Methyl Guard Plus B Complex – 1

Nystantin – 2

Curcumin/Turmeric Blend –  Meriva or Turmeric, Saffron, Ginger blend  –  1

Neuro-Mag -1

Mineral Blend

Blog Entry.   Write 1 to 2 pages

Sida Acuta  – at least half a dropper

Coffee Enema

Juice –  With a variation of lemon, Greens, Apple, Banana, Oranges, lemon, coconut water, raw honey, himalayan sea salt

Snack  –  Cashews, Brazil nuts and low sugar organic raw bar with lots of nutrients.

With Juice –   Take Iron, Liposomal Vitamin C,  NAC

Take Stephania after Juice and Coffee Enema

Take every other day Glutathione

Lunch –   Organic Liver, Chicken, Brown Rice, Beans, Red Meat – 1 to 2 times a week, lots of Green Veggies, Lentils, Seaweed, Asapargus, Olives, Avocados, Quinoa  – lots of nutrient dense food with greens and a grain like quinoa or brown rice or lentils, pinto beans, kidney beans, chickpeas or black beans.

–    If I decide to eat vegan – limit soy intake – make sure it’s nutrient dense – tempeh preferable over tofu, beans, quinoa

MAKE SURE THE MEAL IS FILLING!  MAKE SURE THE MEAL IS NUTRIENT DENSE!

With Lunch Take –  Azithromician, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Serrapeptase,  Reseveratrol

Write 1-2 Pages

About an hour or 2 later take Omnicef, Nystantin, Myco-Immune with snack –  Snack – Veggie salad with Avocado, lots of veggies, quinoa, tahini and maybe chicken breast or organic liver or ground beef or eggs.  and some saurkraut with nuts.  –  MAKE SURE IT’S NUTRIENT DENSE!   If need be, eat a sandwich, but stir away as much as possible from gluten free bread.

Write for 20/30 minutes – emotional/metaphysical work

Take Nap if needed, or just lay down and rest for a bit and regroup.

Dinner –  Liver, Chicken, Red Meat if it fits the 1 to 2 times a week requirement, Tempeh, Beans, Quinoa, Brown Rice, Lots of Greens, make some vegan meals sometimes, sometimes soups, like bone broths, squash, sweet potatoes, pumpkin,

With Dinner Take Iodine, Reseveratrol  Multivitamins – 2, PQQ, Molybdenum

Take a Walk, stretch –  Go to Sauna, when feeling good enough to go.

Do some more writing

Herbs – BLT, Stephania, Sida Acuta  –  Take at night

Take after herbs –  Nystantin, Azithromyacin and Serrapeptase  –  If not super hungry, take with a good snack, like nuts and quinoa and some fruit  – if more hungry, add protein, or make a salad, similar to one listed above.

Take Omnicef about 20 minutes later.

Take Binders about an hour away –  Chlorella, Neuro Antitox, Takusumi Charcoal

At some point during the evening/night if I feel more toxic, do another coffee enema.

MAKE SURE TO HYDRATE A LOT –  drinks lots of water and replace electrolytes, drink lots of coconut water as well.

In spare time, or free random time, read, do neuroplascisity games.

Rest a lot and find alone time, breath, meditate, let go

Shop smarter, don’t think in a small minimalist way buying a little bit at a time.  –  Make a list before you shop

Make a to do list the night before for the next day

Don’t react, stay calm, stay patient – be aware, be mindful.

Trust the process, let go

Check in weekly with Dr. T

DONT OVER DO IT!  –  Don’t be hard on yourself, feel the flow and go with it.  If I need to rest, rest.   Find the right balance and rhythm.  –  Always move forward and know that everything will come that you want to do.  It’s like you are moving a little more forward, rest, move a bit more forward, rest, the ebb and flow.

Balance of moving your life forward and taking care of yourself.

Focus on book only and Meetup and Compost

Do everything you can to get better, within balance.

Limit Computer and Phone time.

Get outside when you can.

So this is my revamped protocol.  I have an appointment with Dr. T in a week and will be going over everything with him in the appointment on what to add subtract and what to switch up in the future to find the best formulation before adding or subtracting anything from my list of things to possibly add.  Best formulation for me equaling killing, opening up pathways and detoxing as well as rebuilding and protecting my body and which combination is best for me for that.

I posted this not just for myself but to hopefully help others and give them some info they might find useful.

Also if anybody needs a personal protocol done, let me know!

  1. This is a very well thought out treatment menu! We think about protocols much the same. Only thing I can see that I do differently is that I take my probiotics just before my head hits the pillow.

    Please Please take a lot of probiotics. I take about 600 billion. You don’t want to get C. difficile. I also take different brands of probiotic about 2 hours away from the antibiotic. There is also a soil based probiotic which is supposed to be acid resistant in your stomach.

      I agree, but what’s interesting for myself, when I was on Antibiotics when I first got sick, and it was done improperly, my candida was much worse and I was taking the best probiotics, etc, it did not matter, I was just so toxic. Now, I am treating the candida effectively while on antibiotics and doing daily Coffee enemas and of course taking probiotics and the candida is fairly minimal and pretty much non-existent.
