Essentially at the end of the day, that’s what I am doing, working on catching up to myself and catching up to the present and catching up to my body and my mind and able to just be. Catching up to myself.
It’s like I think I am almost there and then I fall back more and then I catch up again and then fall back further. Everyday I would work on catching up to myself and it seemed I never could. The day would fly by and it would just be gone in the blink of an eye and then the next day would come and I never seemed to be able to catch up to myself.
So I work on being present and conscious and mindful in every single thing I do no matter how hard it might be, no matter how my physical and emotional and mental body might feel everyday. That’s essentially how I will catch up to myself, the more mindful I am, the more aware I am, the more conscious I am, the more I will catch up to myself.
