Do you want to get better? Do you want to reach your goal? Do you want to get to the place you want to be? You just have to believe. If you don’t believe, you can’t achieve.
I would say the biggest thing that has helped me the last three years is the fact that always I have believed and known there was better days ahead. No matter how bad it got, I would always hold onto that tiny fragment of hope and believe I would move through this and as time went on, that fragment got bigger and bigger and bigger.
I know it is hard and it is challenging to believe and have faith when you feel so bad or feel your goal is so far away but you have to. There is nobody who overcame a health challenge who wasn’t positive and didn’t believe.
Whatever you are dealing with you need to believe, every moment, of every day.
